Mô tả công việc
- Ensures that F&B products are served in a professional and timely manner
- In the absence of a supervisor, conducts shift briefings to ensure all staff is aware of VIPs, special occasions, daily specials, emphasis on upselling certain products, etc.
- Be a hands-on supervisor and be present in the Outlet, especially during busy periods.
- Ensure availability of workforce supplies and equipment to ensure a positive guest experience
- Support to handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries courteously and efficiently, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily

Yêu cầu công việc
- Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in F&B department of hotel environment
- Ability to use restaurant management software
- Must be able to communicate, read and write English
- Problem-solving and training abilities
- Willing to work shifts on weekends and public holidays
