F&B Supervisor/Giám sát nhà hàng

Descriptions:

• Assign staffs to shifts, and collaborate with other staffs to get ready service. Inspect the prep work before serving time.
• Control all restaurant personnel who provide customer care.
• Execute the work as a service staff member directly in certain circumstances.
• At the conclusion of the shift, review all the work and, if necessary, completely hand it on to the following shift or the restaurant manager.
• Coaching & Training staff the necessary customer service skills
• Oversee the equipment used in restaurants, such as the tables, chairs, glasses, cups, and other instruments; perform cashiering, money collection, and reporting as necessary.
• Maintain standards for service quality, food safety, and hygiene.
• carry out additional assignments from supervisors.

• Salary & Benefit:
  
• Negotiable salary pay plus the service price (SVC)

• Qualification:
  
• Possess a professional diploma in tourism, foreign languages, bartending, or a related industry.
• A minimum of one year in a similar role in the restaurant/hotel industry.
• English communication skills
• Posses managerial abilities
• Possess a forward-thinking attitude, be diligent, and be able to work in shifts.
