Reservation Agent

Respond to incoming reservation phone calls, emails, and online requests in a friendly and professional manner

Provide information to customers about room types, rates, amenities, and resort offerings

Create new reservations, modify existing bookings, and process cancellations and changes

Utilize the resort's property management system to check availability, room types, and inventory

Make recommendations to customers based on their needs, preferences, and budget

Cross-sell resort packages, activities, and additional services to enhance the guest experience

Maintain detailed and accurate records of all reservation transactions

Assist with managing waitlists and overbooking situations

Coordinate with other resort departments, such as front desk and guest services, to ensure reservation details are communicated

Provide excellent customer service and resolve any reservation-related issues or concerns

Stay up-to-date on resort policies, packages, promotions, and events to better assist customers

Perform other duties as assigned

High school diploma or equivalent, with some college coursework preferred

2-3 years of experience in a customer service or reservation-focused role, preferably in the hospitality industry

Proficient in using property management software and reservation systems

Excellent communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written

Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and remain calm under pressure

Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy

Flexible schedule to accommodate varying shifts, including weekends and holidays

Knowledge of resort operations, room types, amenities, and local area attractions a plus
