• Ensuring that everything is in order before guests arrive, reviewing the guest list to check special requirements, greeting guests, and providing information on facilities.
• Communicate properly with other departments, such as housekeeping, and F&B sections to ensure all guest requests are attended to in a timely and efficient manner before and after the guest's arrival.
• Offer the guests their guest room/villa orientation on arrival.
• Provide proactive and personalized service to every guest.
• Attend to all guest requests in an efficient and timely manner taking care of guest preferences from the time they check in to the time they check out and beyond.
• Take ownership and leadership of all guest rooms and villas at the retreats, including supervising, directing, assisting, and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and villas.
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to managers, such as the retreat manager and FOM…
• Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by the Manager.

• At least 1 year of experience in the segment.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and training skills.
