Mô tả công việc

The position is responsible for overseeing and directing the company's accounting functions. This is a senior executive position, acting as the head of the accounting department and analyzing the financial statement to give the commendation to general manager to make the suitable reason, report to owner, auditor, tax authorities at any time requires.

Primary Responsibilities

Fully take responsibilities about financial of hotel

• Responsible for organize and manage a team with the objective of tightly controlling all revenues, expenses and inventories

• Ensure an up-to-date cash flow projection is maintained and maximizes cash flow performance of the hotel through controls on inventory, credit and collection, disbursements, deposits and remittances. Ensure excess cash is manage to maximize earning potential…

• Follows up on all capital expenditures to ensure compliance with original justification and approval

Yêu cầu công việc

Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor Degree in financial

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Sun, Opera, Symphony, MC

• Knowledge of labor & tax laws requirements

• Good in English skill both writing & speaking.

• Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees

• Service oriented with an eye for details

• Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team

• Good presentation and influencing skills

• Work under high pressure

• Good at management skill
