- Manages outlets proactively based on key performance indicators, works with respective Section Head as appropriate
- Ensures the smooth operation of the Food & Beverage Department in the absence of Department Head
- Ensures services provided by the Department are always available and are always carried out to defined standards with the utmost efficiency, consistency and courtesy.
- Exercises responsible practices and personal behavior at all times

Yêu cầu công việc
- Hospitality Management/ University Degree
- At least 3 years experience at same position in 5 star hotel
- Dynamic leadership, excellent communication and engaging personality
- High standard of personal presentation
- Basic hygiene F&B knowledge
- Provide quality Guests service with high attention to details
- Fluent in English written and spoken
- Ability to take initiative and solve queries in a positive manner
