Quality & Continuous Improvement Executive/ Chuyên Viên Kiểm Soát Chất Lượng

• Retrieve, analyse and disseminate information from such business tools as IHG’s Guest Satisfaction Tracking System (GSTS), Employee Satisfaction Pulse Survey (ESPS), financial data and other sources of information.

• Identify root causes of problem areas in conjunction with the relevant teams and then work on solutions and develop subsequent new or revised processes ensure that the problems are eliminate; interact closely with the training department and the departmental trainers

• At the close of the process ensuring that all Quality projects initiated in the hotel continue and are regularly monitored.

• Follow up on focus groups during process development with the areas concerned and also with areas that have completed Quality & Continuous Improvement implementation to constantly monitor effectiveness and compliance.

• Prepare the periodical reports to QCI Manager, reporting on the status of each project and achievements made, together with areas of concern.

• Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety

• Coordinate any necessary training for the implementation of processes with the relevant Departments under the guidance of L&D cum QCI Manager.

• Assist L&D cum QCI Manager with training sessions and activities in building the company’s learning culture.

• Support L&D Team to have proper Hotel & Departmental onboarding, Training planning and Management up to the standards of IHG, InterContinental Hotels & Resorts.

• Support L&D Team in managing IHG Academy program

• Other tasks as requested from manager

Required Skills: Strong background in Operations, noticeably Guest Services/FO Field

· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

· Analysis skills

· Good communications and writing skills

· Photo/video editing, designing skills (preferred)

Qualifications

· Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality, Business Administration, or equivalent.

Experience

· 1 years of hospitality experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
