Mô tả công việc

• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and materials (e.g., manuals, e-learning, workshops).

• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

• Deliver engaging training sessions in-person and/or online.

• Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement.

• Maintain and update training records and reports.

• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs across teams.

• Source and liaise with external training providers where necessary.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

• Give out the plan and participate in employee events and social activities.

• Promote a learning culture within the organization and support employee development plans.

• Taking part in the recruitments of company.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a training or learning & development role in hospitality.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Vietnamese and English.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and training tools.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
