Assist in conducting research on relevant laws, regulations, legal articles, and prepare memorandum as appropriate.
Support in gathering information needed for legal advice/consultancy on the Company’s activities.
Assist in drafting correspondence, legal documents, contracts and other documents for the business of the Company.
Support in managing and maintaining legal documents of the Company.
Assist in carrying out legal administrative procedures related to the Company’s operations.
Conduct the work with integrity and responsibility.
Other tasks assigned by line manager.

REQUIREMENTS/ QUALIFICATION

Vietnamese national.
Bachelor's degree (or above) in law.
Prefer minimum 2 years’ experience from law firm in-house legal advisor.
Excellent Vietnamese and English skills (written and oral).
Technical insights in hospitality and legal matters applicable to hospitality and gaming business is a strong advantage, but not required.
