Mô tả công việc

Provide administrative & clerical support. Maintain stock of company files & documents
Arrange meetings, business trips and appointment schedule to senior management
Prepare reports, memos, letters and other documents
Translate in verbal and in writing as requested by management
Responsible for ordering all equipment required for the department
Oversee service and maintenance contracts
Coordinate equipment repair and replacement
Meet the attendance guidelines of the department and adhere to departmental and company policies
Other duties as instructed and assigned by Management.
