Mô tả công việc

- Prepare VIP arrival list.

- Set up VIP welcome amenities.

- Perform as lobby greeter.

- To assist our guests efficiently, courteously and professionally in all Front Office related functions.

- Have basic knowledge of all Front Office operations.

- Welcome guest at lobby, guide way to front desk and to other hotel outlets.

- Provide hotel information when it comes to guest enquiries, report to supervisor or manager when issues happen.

- Vietnamese only
