Mô tả công việc
- Assist in preparing meals for hotel staff according to the menu and hygiene standards/ Hỗ trợ chuẩn bị bữa ăn cho nhân viên khách sạn theo thực đơn và các tiêu chuẩn vệ sinh.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the canteen kitchen, ensuring all equipment and utensils are clean and properly stored/ Duy trì vệ sinh và sự ngăn nắp trong khu vực bếp canteen, đảm bảo tất cả thiết bị và dụng cụ được vệ sinh sạch sẽ và lưu trữ đúng cách.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure food is prepared and served safely/ Tuân thủ các quy trình an toàn thực phẩm và vệ sinh để đảm bảo thực phẩm được chuẩn bị và phục vụ an toàn.
- Assist in the inventory control of ingredients and supplies for the canteen kitchen/ Hỗ trợ kiểm soát tồn kho nguyên liệu và vật tư cho khu vực bếp canteen.
- Support senior chefs in preparing mise en place and other food preparations as needed/ Hỗ trợ các đầu bếp cấp trên trong việc chuẩn bị mise en place và các công việc chế biến thực phẩm khác khi cần thiết.
- Assist in washing and cleaning kitchen tools, equipment, and utensils after use/ Hỗ trợ rửa và làm sạch các dụng cụ, thiết bị bếp sau khi sử dụng.
- Ensure proper food storage and ensure that ingredients are stored at the correct temperatures to maintain quality/ Đảm bảo lưu trữ thực phẩm đúng cách và đảm bảo nguyên liệu được lưu trữ ở nhiệt độ phù hợp để duy trì chất lượng.
- Report any maintenance or cleaning issues to the supervisor promptly/ Báo cáo các vấn đề về bảo trì hoặc vệ sinh cho người giám sát kịp thời.
- Follow all instructions from the senior kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations in the kitchen/ Tuân thủ mọi hướng dẫn từ các nhân viên bếp cấp trên để đảm bảo công việc bếp diễn ra suôn sẻ.

Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 1 year of experience as a kitchen assistant or similar role in a hotel or restaurant/ Ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm làm phụ bếp hoặc các vị trí tương tự trong khách sạn hoặc nhà hàng.
- Diligent, hard-working, and willing to learn new skills in the kitchen/ Siêng năng, chịu khó và sẵn sàng học hỏi các kỹ năng mới trong bếp.
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards/ Kiến thức tốt về các tiêu chuẩn an toàn thực phẩm và vệ sinh.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure/ Khả năng làm việc trong môi trường nhanh chóng và dưới áp lực.
- Good communication skills/ Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt.
- Teamwork-oriented, with the ability to collaborate efficiently with other kitchen staff/ Có tinh thần làm việc nhóm, có khả năng phối hợp hiệu quả với các nhân viên bếp khác.
