Support Sales team to handles all departmental clerical duties in a timely and efficient manner as directed
Support Sales team to maintains and updates records, and updates general information board as directed
Handle guest inquiries and requests and ensure that these are passed on to the appropriate individuals for proper action
Assists in the preparation and submission of departmental reports on time as directed
Performs other duties that may be directed or requested by Director of Sales
Ensures that the office is maintained in a clean and tidy fashion.
