- Develops and oversees sales plans.
- Anticipates and projects sales forecasts and monitors market trends.
- Reviews operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
- Monitors customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.
- Plans and controls budgetary activities.
- Motivates, supervises and appraises staff’s performance in the Sales and Marketing department.
- Provides guidelines and training to staff in the execution of their duties within the Department.
- Other duties as requested by GM

- Managerial Knowledge in the Hospitality Industry.
- Excellent spoken and written English.

- Confident. Good organizational & people development sales, Outgoing personality
