Duties and Responsibilities

Receive guests from Hostess/Guest relation.
Counseling and introducing customers to dishes, drinks, promotion, set menu, cigar …
Record order information from guest, reconfirm with guest the exact name of food - drinks, quantity, special requirements ...
Transfer order to cashier, kitchen, bar.
Serve customers with food and drink.
Check the dishes before serving the guests.
Willing to respond to the legitimate requests of customers and enthusiastically respond to customers' inquiries with a warm, amiable and considerate attitude to guests.
Make payment for customers in accordance with restaurant standards.
Remember the names and habits (foods, drinks, special requests) of vip guests or patrons to show appreciation and make them happy.
Clean up the dining table, set up a new table to prepare to serve the next guest.
