Hostess Job Duties:

1. Welcoming customers

Greet guests as soon as they enter the restaurant.

Ask guests for table reservation information.

2. Receive information and direct guests to their seats

• Receive guest's table reservation information and guide guests to pre-booked seats.

• Coordinate other departments so that guests do not have to wait too long.

• Agile behavior to serve promptly and as quickly as possible.

3. Answering and consulting questions for customers.

• Hostess actively advises, introduces and recommends typical dishes/drinks of the restaurant based on the guests' interests/culture/age.

• Guide guests to other areas in the restaurant's permission when the customer needs.

• Record good and bad feedback from guests to summarize and then report to superiors.

Requirements:

Over 2 years working experience in the international hotel or high-end restaurants.
Strong customers and associate communication skills
Strong strategic thinking, team leadership and management skills
Ability to stay calm and perform various tasks
Great time management Up-to-date knowledge of techniques and recipes
Able to understand and communicate in English
Other duties as required by superiors.
