Mô tả công việc

To be responsible of guest safety in the beach
To observe swimmers in the beach and in the swimming area and other
To maintain constant surveillance of patrons in the facility, acts immediately and appropriately to secure safety of patrons in the event of emergency
Supervises the security and safety of the public ensuring their enjoyment in all areas of the facility and carry out rescues as required.
Acknowledge guests and remember preferences as well as their names and preferred seating. You look for opportunities to positively surprise guests through small or large gestures and acts of kindness
To provide first aid and CPR, and/or beach rescue skill as needed
To ensure the beach signage according to the beach condition (flag signs) and close, open time.
To ensures that any dangerous or flammable items are properly and safety stored on the beach
Ensure all beach clean and tidy
To prevent small accidents from becoming rescue situation
Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time

Appealing remuneration including service charge as revenue (100% salary and service charge during probation period)
14 annual leave, 2 days off per week
Relocation, repatriation and home leave allowance
Rest and relaxation: 2 million per 3 service months

Yêu cầu công việc

High school or above, prefer graduation from University of Physical Education and Sport lifeguard and first aid certificate needed
Good swimming skill is a must
Prefer have been working in 4 or 5 star resort
Language: Communication in English
