- Accountable for managing & developing all sale segments, maintain strong relationship with hotel key accounts, ensure consistent revenue generation as per Hotel objectives;
- Achieve the annual revenue goals, sale strategies & key performance indicators as budgeted; grow market share and account acquisition;
- Perform all duties within the framework defined by the chain/Hotel norms and by internal regulations as specified by COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR & GM.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum of 3+ year’s hospitality experience in a similar role in a Luxury or Upper Upscale Hotel in Vietnam; in evaluating and identifying business opportunities with a proven track record of financial & KPI results;
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint with experience in presenting monthly reports, business plans, etc. to board of directors & executive senior management.
- Exceptional leadership mindset; ability to coach and mentor others; Developing future leaders.
- Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
