• 3-5 years of experience in a similar field, Japanese cuisine

• Must have practical and theoretical skills in related areas

• Responsible for creating menus, designing corresponding recipes, and over seeing the preparation of those recipes 

• Knowledge and experience of associated computer applications

• Languages: fluent in Vietnamese, English
