Mô tả công việc

1. Administration

• To Submit guest incident report to the Spa Manager.

• Daily complete the cash control and record daily report requisition in balance or record book

• To assist with the preparation of working schedule for all therapists.

• To ensure a smooth booking procedure.

2. Customer

• To maintain a high customer service focus and provide an enjoyable and memorable experience.

• Constantly strive to increase guest satisfaction through quality, creativity, range and value for money available throughout the property.

• To provide a courteous, efficient and professional service at all times.

• Have a thorough knowledge of Health, Spa and fitness departments as well as other applicable services offered by the hotel.

• Notify the Spa Manager immediately of any guest complaints.

3. Profit

• To actively up sell all the appropriate Spa services, retail products and fitness services to the guests. Try to rebook them where ever possible.

• Ensure that the departmental operation budget is strictly adhered to maximizing revenues and minimizing expenses and contribute to the overall Spa revenue targets.
