Duty Manager - Quản lý Sảnh

• Responsible for all issues relating to guest room and to resolve all guests’ stay relating issues, helping to provide guest satisfaction at all times.
• Manage and motivate Front office teams in line with the brand’s recommended behavioral guidelines, in order to provide personalized high quality guest services.
• Ensure the respect of procedures and hygiene and safety standards; beside, manage headcount and organization for optimum efficiency in compliance with legislation.
• Help the department in meeting its targets and increase hotel revenue through his/her sales efforts.

• Prefer primary/secondary/college/university degree majoring in hospitality or other relevant disciplines;
