Mô tả công việc

Receive customer's order and make recommendations
Prepare drink, cocktails, wines and other beverages as required and in accordance with hotel standard
Make sure that drinks is in good quality before serving customers.
Receive and checking the quality of raw materials : fruits, wine, syrup,...
Make sure the ingredients are enough to serve guests during the work shifts .
Clean clearly all the utensils used for the preparation and make sure the bar area is always clean.
Check regularly and make sure specialized equipment is working properly.
