Mô tả công việc

  • You make guests feel welcome by always warmly greeting them and engaging guests through meaningful interaction, while also knowing when to be discreet.
  • You personalize interactions within the service process, aiming to make each visit to Gym as memorable and unique as possible.
  • Oversees and handles the everyday functions of the fitness centers.
  • To greet guests on arrival at all times in a warm, welcoming & friendly manner being helpful at all times
  • Enforces fitness center strategies and processes.
  • Oversees guest to ensure that they are exercising effectively and safely leading group exercise classes like aerobics, Tabata, ABS, circuit training or spinning designing personal exercise schedule.
  • Demonstrates the correct way to use exercise equipment and free weights correctly
  • Educates and shows use of training equipment and weights.
  • Ensures the gym is clean and free of health and safety hazards
  • Instructs all gym users on safe and proper exercise form.
  • Develops personal exercise and diet plans.
  • Provides the information concerning weight control, nutrition, and lifestyle matters to gym users
  • Performs the exercise program design service, personal training programs, which include fitness evaluation testing rooted in the components of exercise and fitness program design.
  • Clarifies and enforces safety rules and regulations recreational activities, governing sports, and the use of exercise tools.
  • Monitors clients and informs them of corrective measures required for skill development.
  • Carries out fitness evaluations, consultations and introductions among new guest.
  • Educates clients in maintaining exertion levels in order to exploit benefits from work out routines.
  • Implements educational workshops, body composition screenings for fitness attendant employees and fitness connected special events.
  • Assesses individuals' requirements, abilities, and physical conditions, and provides appropriate training programs to meet any special necessities.
  • Plans physical education programs to endorse progress of customers' physical attributes and social abilities.
  • Manages emergency injuries, first aid treatment to minor disabilities and communicates with In-house doctor for all injuries happened in Fitness Centre
  • Records guest information such as medical history, fitness assessment progress
  • Conducts recreational, therapeutic, or athletic activities.
  • Coordinates with Supervisor/ Manager to arrange tournaments and competitions to create active environment
  • Presents alternatives during classes to accommodate diverse levels of fitness.
  • Motivate the customers to keep going to make the changes their needs and make them feel positive about themselves.
  • Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures
  • Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly
  • Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers
  • Ensure safety standards are followed in each activities
  • Handle customer complaints effectively or reports them to supervisor.
  • Provide assistance with other activities or events.
  • Enthusiastic about learning new skills and activities.
  • Participate and cooperate in social and cultural activities as required.
  • Ensure that all departmental reports and forms are completed accurately and punctually.
  • Contribute to the morale and team spirit of the resort by maintaining effective relationships with your colleagues.
  • Arrive on time in full uniform in accordance with the company grooming and hygiene guidelines.
  • Participate in training as required.
  • Keep a professional working manner at all times.
  • Assist and performance additional task given by Supervisor/Assistant/Manager

  • You are dedicated to your work and always intend to perform as best as possible. You do not go home before your tasks are finished or carefully handed over to your colleagues.
  • You believe that you can always improve and develop skills, by facing challenges, learning from mistakes and genuinely listen to feedback.
  • You are driven by intrinsic motivation and are always one step ahead in doing daily tasks and anticipating guests’ needs.
  • As a Gym attendant you make sure consistent service is provided and quality always meets the standards set by the resort.
  • Together with the team you work towards a common goal and you understand the importance of your role within the team, while always willing to support your colleagues.
  • High school or above, prefer graduation from University of Physical Education and Sport first aid certificate needed. PT certificate is prefer
  • Prefer have been working at Gym in 4 or 5 star resort
  • Good communication in English
