Mô tả công việc

The main purpose of a Talent Acquisition and Training Specialist is to attract, recruit, and develop a skilled and motivated workforce that aligns with the goals and needs of the organization.

RECRUITMENT PLANNING

  • Work with all Head of Department (HODs) to assess staffing needs for each venue for recruiting plan monthly/ quarterly / yearly / monthly – follow decision from B.O.M
  • Build up JD follow request from B.O.M – support H.O.D’s to write JD

RECRUITMENT – TALENT ACQUISITION

  • Design / create recruiting poster for facebook & other sources with the support of MKT
  • Connect to recruitment channels, universities to make a contract for recruitment, internship, MOU..
  • Search and screen CV, preliminary interview & arrange interview schedule for H.O.Ds
  • Arrange interview of each candidate for relevant venue & Remind H.O.Ds & candidates about the interview
  • Follow up interview result & candidate feedback
  • Notify candidates of interview outcomes and prepare Offer Letters/ Salary negotiation

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

  • Updating & following training programms, print & set calendar for each venue.
  • Support HODs in writing and translating training handouts.
  • Record training & exam all venues
  • Follow up, print weekly roster/ monthy training roster
  • Follow up training process  & feedbacks of all venues from H.O.D’s & Staff

PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL

  • Conduct Salary History file of staff in process performance review
  • Participate in performance appraisal with F&B Director (For venues)

HEADCOUNT BUDGET & LABOR COST CONTROL

  • Monitor and control labor headcount budgets and manning plans together with C&B, ensuring labor cost effectiveness at all venues.

EMPLOYEE BRANDING & RELATIONS

  • Assist BOM in handling employee complaints and internal staff conflict resolution.
  • Work with C&B to update new policies/ benefits and adjust SOP to ensure interests of both employees and the company.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and probation support, creating a welcoming and professional start for all new hires.

OTHERS

  • Support other tasks if required – request from BOM
  • Attend all required meetings as the HR representative.
  • Support with set up HR software system (Recruitment & Training)

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management
  • English proficiency , excellent communication, interpersonal/ negotiation skills.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR recruitment & training (F&B/ hospitality industry)
  • Knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law and HR compliance practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with all levels of staff and management.
  • Creative and proactive mindset in recruitment strategy and talent development.
