RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate operation of the kitchen department
- Plan, and arrange roster for chef staff based on the business situation, and the number of parties.
- Assign and coordinate the work for the shifts and kitchen staff
- Supervise the working process of the kitchen department to ensure that the standards of the restaurant-hotel are met.
- Closely working with Chef Supervisor, Rand restaurant Manager to bring excellent service to customers.
Preparing for food processing
- In charge of preparing ingredients for food processing that are assigned, in accordance with standards and quality.
- Take special orders from customers and service in the fastest time.
- Coordinately updating the menu
- Coordinate with Head Chef and related positions on new menus, menu promotions for restaurants, and attracting customers.
- Supporting Head Chef chef to set the quantity, recipe, picture, and price of dishes used on the menu.
Recruitment and training
- Assist Head chef in planning recruitment of staff for kitchen department
- Participate in the selection of personnel suitable for the job.
- Directly training, and assigning new staff.
- Coordinated planning to organize training courses, fostering professional improvement for kitchen staff.
Managing equipment of kitchen department
- Coordinate with the technical department to repair equipment in case of problems and regular maintenance.
- Make requests to order new equipment, amenities for the venue.
Other Duties
- Regularly check raw material storage, and quality of materials used for dishes.
- Coordinately handle problems related to dishes of restaurants.
- Presenting menus and explanations for all menu items when required.
- Attend training sessions when required.
- Attend meetings of department of outlets when required.
- Carries out any other duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc
Là một người thầy hướng dẫn và chia sẻ kỹ năng, kiến thức với các bạn bếp,
Có kỹ năng R&D, tính Cost, quản lý tài sản trong bếp, kiểm soát nguyên vật liệu,... Update món mới, Update menu trong các dịp đặc biệt, tư vấn cho F&B Director và GM về món ăn, lên Menu cho các tiệc sang trọng được tổ chức ở nhà hàng
Là một người công tâm, đánh giá đúng năng lực của các bạn bếp và tạo cơ hội cho nhân viên của mình phát triển
Quan trọng nhất về quản lý nhân sự bếp và điều hành các bạn trong bếp sao cho hợp lý
Tư vấn cho GM và bộ phận Sale về các chương trình Saleup sắp tới.
