Sales & Marketing Manager

· Responsible in maximizing the hotel's revenues - by developing programs to increase rooms occupancy, and make profitable use of its accommodation, F&B, wellness, meeting and leisure facilities

· Coordination of all Marketing & Communication promotional efforts of the property including but not limited to Marketing Planning / Budget, Media Plan, PR, Digital, Social, Visual, Brand Guidelines, EDMs, Campaign Materials for Resort and its outlets

· In-charge of maintaining hotel mini-site, upgrading outlet websites – SEO, link building, traffic

· Works with Designer and manages the creation and production of all hotel and sales team collateral, branding and logo items ensuring all branding and company guidelines are followed

· Plans & executes the production of marketing collaterals, annual special events, all marketing activities, holidays/occasion calendar for the year, marketing photo/video shoots

· Builds partnerships and collaboration opportunities with brands. chambers, banks, KOLS, media entities, other partners

· Support & follow up on PR bookings & creation; award campaigns

· Supervises the production & distribution process of print and other marketing-related materials needed in hospitality including: brochures, menus, hotel collaterals

· Handles Brand Requirements - Marketing Services Needs for various Department leaders

• Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng hoặc Đại học chuyên ngành marketing
• Ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương
• Có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, có khả năng chịu được áp lực.
• Luôn sẵn sàng học hỏi, tiếp thu kiến thức mới với thái độ tích cực
• Tiếng Anh giao tiếp
