Mô tả công việc

Create and update menus, beverage lists, and buffet tags.
Manage restaurant reservations, emails, and special requests.
Oversee food presentation, service quality, and guest satisfaction.
Record and report guest feedback to improve service levels.
Handle timekeeping records, including OT, AL, and PH.
Raise purchase requests and manage daily worksheets.
Provide operational support during busy periods.
Submit and follow up on work orders with relevant departments.
Attend and contribute to weekly F&B meetings
