Mô tả công việc

1. Guest Communication:
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Assist guests with inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Handle guest complaints and provide timely solutions, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Ensure that guests are aware of resort amenities, services, and events.

2. Reservation Handling:

  • Assist in processing and managing reservations, confirming bookings, and updating guest records.
  • Coordinate with the front desk to ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Provide guests with information regarding available accommodations, rates, and special offers.

3. Administrative Support:

  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Prepare and distribute reports as required by the operations manager or senior staff.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating resort activities and services.

4. Safety and Maintenance:

  • Monitor and report any safety hazards or maintenance issues within the resort to appropriate departments.
  • Ensure that emergency procedures are clearly communicated and followed when necessary.

5. Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other resort departments (housekeeping, food and beverage, activities) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with coordinating staff and resources during peak periods or events.
  • Ensure a high standard of professionalism and cooperation across all departments.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Graduated in College / University and/or with minimum 01 working experience at the same level in 04 -05 stars Hotel/Resorts
  • Office computer literacy
  • Can communicate in English very well
  • Teamwork Skills
  • Customers problem solving
