Mô tả công việc

Plan and organize kids’ activities, ensuring a safe and educational environment.
Set up and maintain the Kids Club room and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene.
Handle guest bookings, provide prompt and courteous service, and address guest complaints.
Participate in upselling retail products, if available, and prepare guest bills as needed.
Manage stock and supplies according to minimum levels.
Present activities to families upon arrival and create a fun atmosphere for children.
Boutique Duties:
Manage daily operations of the retail gallery, including purchasing, inventory, and maintaining cleanliness.
Handle guest requests, complaints, and follow-ups; report to the supervisor.
Familiarize with room amenities, rate structure, and resort facilities.
Accept shift handovers and document guest feedback.
Prepare daily and monthly sales summaries and follow the standard operating manual.
Reorder items in the gift shop using a coding system and focus on achieving business targets and guest satisfaction standards.
