Mô tả công việc
• All merchandises entering the hotel must be supported by proper documentation, e.g. purchase orders, market list and etc.
• Merchandise must be examined for both quantity and quality according to the company’s standard.
• Transfer the outstanding POs and perform receiving function data in the system at the end of the day. Post all invoices in the system and perform match voucher function to transfer data to A/P system.
• Co-ordinate with other departments to ensure that the goods received met their requirements. Contact purchasing department immediately if the items delivered do not match with orders.
• Merchandise must be forwarded promptly to either the stores, or in the case of a direct order, the department concerned.
• Outgoing merchandize, such as food and beverage containers, must be properly documented and accounted for as to quantity, if deposit is involved to the value, such as containers.
• Make sure that all invoices/tax invoices are original and company name is correct.
• Put the receiving department stamp on delivery order/invoice after checking the goods received with the purchase order.
• Process daily receiving report to accounting department.
• Ensure proper authorization for all goods entering the hotel.
• Inspect all incoming goods to ensure quantity, quality, price and all the other specifications are adhered to.
• Be able to ensure that goods in the receiving area are secure at all times.
• Be familiar with and abide by departmental and hotel rules and regulations.
• Ensure that occupational health and safety requirements are observed, maintained and enforced.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance Controller.

Yêu cầu công việc
Knowledge and Experience
• At least Vocational diploma in commerce or any field.
• At least 1 year experience receiving or accounting function
• Organized and detailed
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and relevant accounting systems
Competencies
• Service oriented with an eye for details
• Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
• Self-motivated and energetic
• Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
