1.GENERAL PURPOSE

Bartenders will be responsible to prepare and serve drinks to customers. able to mix and match ingredients in order to create classic and innovative drinks in accordance with customers’ needs and expectations. The purpose of this position is to interact with the hotel guests and ensure they have a great experience at the BAR or lounge.

2.MAIN TASK

• Supports the Food and Beverage Service team by performing support duties including set up of functions, set up of food and beverage equipment, mini bar operations and assisting with the preparation of service.
• Delivers beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures.
• Interact with customers, take orders for drinks and snacks.
• Mix drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with hotel standard drink recipes.
• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages.
• Service Wine and Beer to guests.
• Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays.
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Ability to Sell or influence others for up selling and suggestive selling.
• Provide recommendations and suggestions to guest for choosing Drinks and Snacks.
• Keep the bar counter and work area neat and clean at all times.
• Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled.
• Prepares daily requisition and stock are properly replenish accordingly.
• Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships.

1. Ít nhất phải tốt nghiệp Trung học phổ thông. Có chứng chỉ đào tạo các chuyên ngành về Nhà Hàng, Khách Sạn là một lợi thế.
At least graduated high school. Additional certification(s) from a reputable Hospitality Management school will be an advantage.
2. Hiểu biết cơ quản về cách pha chế, phục vụ các loại rượu và đồ uống.
Fundamental knowledge of bartending in class of drinks and beverages.
3. Kinh nghiệm ít nhất 1 năm trong lĩnh vực Nhà hàng hoặc vị trí tương đương
Minimum 1 years of experience in Restaurant or similar position.
4. Giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh khá
Fair English communication skill.
