Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, including loading/unloading luggage from vehicles

Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms, using carts and other equipment as needed

Provide information and directions to guests about the resort's amenities, facilities, and local area

Coordinate with the front desk and concierge to ensure seamless guest service

Respond promptly to requests for additional luggage assistance, such as delivering items to guest rooms

Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests

Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bell stand and luggage storage areas

Monitor the arrival and departure of guests, anticipating and addressing their needs

Assist with delivering packages, supplies, and other items to guest rooms as requested

Provide recommendations and directions for local restaurants, attractions, and transportation options

Maintain a thorough knowledge of the resort's layout, services, and policies to better assist guests

Adhere to all safety and security protocols when handling guest luggage and vehicles

Contribute to a positive work environment by supporting fellow team members

Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Desk Manager or Director of Guest Services

High school diploma or equivalent

6-12 months of experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably as a bellman or concierge

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests

Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Physically fit, with the ability to lift, push, and maneuver heavy luggage and equipment

Flexible schedule to accommodate varying shifts, including weekends and holidays

Knowledge of the local area and familiarity with resort amenities and services

Proficient in using radio communication and guest service-related technology

A commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences and a positive team-oriented attitude
