Mô tả công việc

Provide timely and efficient administrative support to the Sales & Marketing department as requested;
Organize, attend and contribute to all meetings as required;
Assist department in maintaining and updating records, and updates general information;
Performs other duties that may be directed or requested by Director of Sales;
Ensures that the office is clean and orderly.

Qualifications: Final-year students or fresh graduates majored in Marketing, Hospitality Management/ Business Administration from Universities and Colleges
Customer-oriented & willing-to-learn
Good written & verbal communication
Can-do attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
Multi-tasking and organisation skills
Language: good English (Speaking, Listening, Writing, Reading) is a must
Computer Skills: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), design tools (Canva, Powerpoint) and online survey tools (Google Forms) are needed
