  • Uphold and exemplify Six Senses' vision, values, and brand standards in all responsibilities.
  • Strategically manage Spa operations and ensure compliance with established service standards.
  • Foster positive guest relationships by addressing feedback, inquiries, and service requests professionally.
  • Optimize resource management, including stock, supplies, and operational workflows.
  • Oversee staff performance, including evaluations, training, and career development initiatives.
  • Innovate and enhance the spa's offerings through tailored packages and marketing strategies.
  • Analyze business metrics, coordinate promotions, and engage with stakeholders to maximize exposure.
  • Maintain rigorous administrative accuracy, reporting, and compliance with policies and standards.
  • Collaborate on financial planning, budget management, and revenue optimization.
  • Build a motivated, cohesive team by leading recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure adherence to grooming, safety, and operational protocols at all times.
  • Address challenges with strategic solutions and foster an environment of continuous improvement.
  • Act as a proactive ambassador for the Six Senses brand, promoting excellence in all aspects of spa operations.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Strong background and genuine passion for Wellness and holistic health practices.
  • Excellent management and commercial acumen, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Holistic approach to health and wellness, incorporating diverse practices and philosophies.
  • Professional qualifications in fields such as Health, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Nutrition, Ayurveda, Yoga, Beauty, or Massage Therapies (e.g., HAAC, ITEC, CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or equivalent).
  • Exceptional English proficiency in writing and verbal communication.
  • Strong business sense with expertise in Sales & Marketing and a drive to increase revenue.
  • Inspirational role model with creative vision and excellent communication skills.
  • Dedicated to fostering positive relationships and mentoring team members
