- You will always maintain a healthy work environment with a high standard of Personal Hygiene
- You will attend all shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are met in line with Regents Taste Gallery Philosophy
- You will assist the Pastry Demi chef de Partie/Pastry Chef de Partie /Assistant Pastry Chef in ensuring that all culinary standards in your section comply with Company
- Ensures that all dishes from your section are prepared consistently and in accordance to Regents Taste Gallery Recipe standards
- Ensure that all goods/ingredients received are up to the required standard for food production and highlight any problems to your Chef in Charge
- You will prepare all Mise en Place as required and directed on a daily basis
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time

- Appealing remuneration including service charge as revenue (100% salary and service charge during probation period)

- Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Culinary Skills or related field
- Experience in the Pastry section
- Can work on rotated shift
- Prefer candidate with background in international hotel
