2. To coordinate the work of the beverage staff in order to achieve a smooth running operation. Striving to achieve excellent standards of service and efficiency.
3. To perform any other duties, set by hotel policies, management or his/her direct supervisor, which are not included here.
4. To assist Outlet Manager in preparing beverage throughout hotel/in servicing at banquet bar and all outlet bars.
5. Make sure that each outlet is properly staffed and equipped to service guest. This includes proper supply of glassware, drink lists, paper goods, etc.
6. Assist Outlet Manager in checking all bars for cleanliness and orders minor repair work. Maintain professional appearance and portions of beverage serviced and constantly checks quality of beverage products.
7. Responsible for wine and beverage promotions in absence of Outlet Manager
8. Assist in planning for banquet bar staff according to functions required.
9. Assist Outlet Manager in training of staff, and holding periodic meeting to review procedures. Ensure that staff have a professional appearance in complete uniform and with personal cleanliness.
10. To make requisitions, obtain authorisation and correct delivery of items needed for his bar operations.
11. To be well aware of breakage in service areas, pilferage and keep F&B Manager informed.
12. To put forward suggestions of creativity, for better performance and achievement.
13. Check mis-en-place for service used, maintain sanitary conditions within the outlet and neatness & cleanliness of staff.
14. Ensure that best services are given to guests and cooperated with other outlets.
