Mô tả công việc
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the F&B operation and take responsibility for the efficiency of F&B document & paperwork/ Hỗ trợ thư ký và hành chính cho hoạt động F&B và chịu trách nhiệm về tính hiệu quả của tài liệu & thủ tục giấy tờ F&B;
- Scheduling daily / weekly /monthly and other meetings in line with requirements covering brand standards, financial, project, operational and strategic needs of department/ Lên lịch các cuộc họp hàng ngày / hàng tuần / hàng tháng và các cuộc họp khác phù hợp với các yêu cầu về tiêu chuẩn thương hiệu, nhu cầu tài chính, dự án, hoạt động và chiến lược của bộ phận.
- Conducting Brand Standard Audits and inspections as directed by and in coordination with HR Training/ Tiến hành và tuân thủ các Tiêu chuẩn Thương hiệu và phối hợp với Nhân sự - Đào tạo.'
- Supporting operations as and when directed during busy times/ Hỗ trợ vận hành và khi được hướng dẫn trong thời gian cao điểm.
- Maintain sufficient stock and inventory for required office supplies for optimal functioning of the F&B Office/ Duy trì đủ hàng tồn kho cho các đồ dùng văn phòng cần thiết để Văn phòng F&B hoạt động tối ưu.
- Other related tasks will be assigned by HOD/ Các nhiệm vụ liên quan khác sẽ được HOD phân công

- Education: Administrative Skill/ Proficiency in English
- Skillful in Computer
- Certification : Office/ Administration certification is a plus
b) Abilities to track document with a effective filing system
c) Abilities to do translation from Vietnam to English verse visa
d) Knowledge of Food and Beverage operation will be an advantage
