Primary Responsibilities ( Nhiệm Vụ Chính )

• Communicate with Front Office team on shift and any other Department for all guest’s arrival & departure time and ensure transportation is arranged properly.

• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner.

• Maintain appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniform and appearance

• Establishes and maintains effective employee relations

• Maintain complete knowledge of all food & beverage services, outlets and hotel services/features

• Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management

• Report for duty on time wearing clean and complete uniform at all times

• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
