F&B Attendant (Waiter/Waitress) | Nhân viên phục vụ nhà hàng

• Greets guests and presents them with the menus.

• Informs guests about the special items for the day and menu changes if any.

• Suggests food and beverages to the guest and try to upsell.

• Take food and beverage orders from the guest on captain order to the handheld Point Of Sale (POS) system.

• Obtaining revenues, issuing receipts, accepting payments, returning the change.

• Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor.

• Communicate to the guest and provide assistance with their queries.

• Serves food and beverage to the guests as per the course of order.

• Observes guests and ensure their satisfaction with food, beverage and service.

• Promptly respond to the guests with any additional request.

• Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling guest needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses replenishing utensils, refilling glasses.

• Prepares or makes sure bar team prepare mixed drinks for service to the customer table.

• Understands and can communicate products and services available at the resort.

• Makes sure all operation areas are cleaned before to check out.

- Được làm việc trong môi trường năng động, chuyên nghiệp; Được đào tạo nghiệp vụ, ngoại ngữ, tham gia các khóa huấn luyện nội bộ, tham quan nghỉ dưỡng hàng năm;

- Ưu tiên những ứng viên tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành quản lý nhà hàng khách sạn hoặc các chuyên ngành có liên quan.

- Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương.

- Có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, sáng tạo, và chịu được áp lực cao trong công việc.

- Khả năng xử lý tình huống và giải quyết vấn đề nhanh.

- Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm tốt.
