Job Description:
• Communicating with upper management to develop strategic program and project goals.
• Managing the organization’s fiscal operating and capital budget and expenses.
• Monitoring program and project performance of both internal and external service providers.
• Monitoring occupant satisfaction.
• Monitoring construction and renovation projects.
• Monitoring performance metrics.
• Receiving and responding to approvals and notifications.

Basic salary: 12,000,000 - 15,000,000 (negotiable)

Yêu cầu công việc

• Degree qualified in Architecture/Civil/Construction or relevant education.

• Interior design experience in the projects, especially Hospitality, F&B, luxury Hotels and Resorts, shopping mall, apartments etc,

• Practical experience of applying Architectural and Managing software including AutoCad, SketchUp, Adobe suites or related software

• Flexibility and adaptability

• Excellent English skills.
