Prepare weekly staffing schedules, monitoring staff attendance and plan work schedules.
Prepare various monthly reports as required.
Conduct regular operational meetings & trainings.
Other duties upon management requests

- 2 years experience in same position at 4-5* hotel
- Work professionally, seriously, with high discipline.
- Ability to diplomacy, creativity, confidence, dynamism, withstand high pressure at work.
- Have the skills to organize, art to communicate with guests.
- Good guest service skills.
- Ability to solve problems, organize and organize the work well
- Skillful in arranging and using employees.
- Careful, meticulous, clean
