Mô tả công việc

- Nhận và xác nhận các đặt phòng trực tiếp qua điện thoại, fax, email, các đặt phòng cá nhân, công ty hoặc qua các đại lý du lịch. Luôn linh hoạt trong việc bán phòng trống, đảm bảo các yêu cầu về đặt phòng được trả lời trong vòng 48 giờ và các giải pháp thay thế thích hợp được đưa ra khi một loại phòng cụ thể không còn bán.

- Đặc biệt quan tâm tới các đặt phòng VIP, khách hàng trung thành, khách công ty và các khách hàng thường xuyên.

- Nắm rõ các chương trình dành cho khách hàng trung thành các chương trình khuyến mại.

- Có kiến thức hiểu biết sâu về tiêu chuẩn dịch vụ đặt phòng.

Quyền lợi được hưởng

Mức lương cạnh tranh theo năng lực và kinh nghiệm, thưởng hấp dẫn theo chế độ Công ty.

Được tiền service charge theo doanh thu của công ty hàng tháng (cả trong thời gian thử việc).

Phụ cấp tiền ăn 1 bữa/ngày, phụ cấp xăng xe (nếu đi xe tự túc).
