ASSISTANT CHIEF ENGINEER

Take full responsibility for the operation of Engineering department when Chief Engineer absence.

Coordinate with Housekeeping for fixing all the defect in guest room daily by Work order.

Cooperate with F&B for preparing equipments needed for the Function or event.

To work with FO & Housekeeping for Guest room Preventive maintenance schedule (repair the defect of the guest room, building, villas with furniture, fixtures, equipments and other facilities).

Provide the engineering craft service needed for the safe and efficient operation of the resort facilities.

Supervise and control the Saving energy program (Electricity, water, gas, diesel…) from other departments and daily report

Follow the energy using daily for all resort and report to Chief Engineer, if the consumption goes up, make a checking to find the reason.

Control the materials, inventory at engineering store and do the purchase request.

Report to Chief engineer all the problem happen in shift and solution.

Pushing the maintenance schedule to Engineering Supervisor to meet deadline.

Complete other duties as assigned by Chief Engineer.

Inspect areas to ensure preventative maintenance is scheduled.

Check with other operational departments to ensure that they have all required engineering support to perform their duties.

• Minimum 2 year working experience in the same position in Danang or International Hotel Groups.
  
• English requirement
• University diploma / Degree in Business Management, Tourism or relevant fields.
