• Ensure the Club Sofitel’ operation & provide all guests with a professional, warm and positive attitude
  
• Ensure that all check-in and check-out in line with the standards; be especially attentive on the audit, immigration & guest history issues
  
• Develop, conduct maintain all Ambassador Training programs for team members
• Assisting in greeting and checking-in VIP, VVIP, Accor' members and long-stay guests, or to ensure that they are met personally for feedback and requests.
• Handling all guest and internal guests' complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved effectively a timely manner
• Personally and frequently verifying that guests are receiving the best possible service during their stay at Hotel.
• Having a deep understanding of the hotel’s vision and integrate this into your actions

• At least 2 years experience in the same position in luxury hotels (Front Office)
• Guest service oriented; excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiar with Opera system, strong Managerial Leadership experience and qualities
• Public Relation skill and Fluent English & Vietnamese (verbal and written)
• Good knowledge of Loyalty programs and CRM
• National under local contract
