Mô tả công việc

• Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the Food & Beverage at any time

• Make sure to have proper set up as well as working station organization

• Supervise and manage staff to run the operation

• Have good communication between kitchen team and service team

• Follow up MGallery Brand Standards on the service

• Handle and follow up on any guests complains linked to beverage quality

• Maintain and follow hygiene and safety rules in the entire process of the drinks preparation

• Other tasks as assigned by Managers.
