  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the outlet standard drink recipes.
  • Present drink menus, make specific recommendations and answer questions regarding beverages.
  • Takes orders from guests and beverage orders from servers.
  • Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas.
  • Full responsibility for setting up the bar.
  • Behaves and acts in an exemplary fashion, embodying the brand mindset.
