Mô tả công việc
- Act as the hotels ambassador at the airport.
- Assists hotel guests during pickup and transfer
- Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working environment.
- Familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond guest inquires accurately
- Ensures adherence to guest service standards within established departmental policies and procedures.

- Attractive service fee bonus (about 3.5 million - 5.5 million/month)
- Support 2 meals during the working shift
- Insurance system to pay 100% of salary + health insurance
- Leave 15 days/year, public holidays x 300%
- Work 8h/day shift, 6 days off monthly
Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 1 years with relevant experiences in 4 or 5 star hotels
- Fluent in English communication
- Flexibility and be able to work under pressure.
- Positive attitude and mindset of hospitality
- Customer service skills
