Mô tả công việc

- Making reservations: Assisting customers with making, changing, or canceling reservations for a hotel
- Providing information: Answering questions about rooms, rates, facilities, events, and promotions
- Confirming reservations: Preparing confirmation letters and providing confirmation details
- Processing special requests: Accommodating and documenting special requests, such as complimentary rooms, employee discounts, and travel agent inspection rates
