Daily Collect paper works in audit box, sort out City ledgers, Credit Card and pass to AR
Assist Income Auditor Supervisor in Ensures all rebates and miscellaneous charges are supported by documentation detailing the charges. All rebate credits must be in accordance with Finance Policy. The rebate credits, miscellaneous charges and paid outs must be summarized and sent to the Finance Manager and General Manager for review daily
Daily check every single VAT invoice as per Tax Regulation and correction if needed. Assist Income Audit Supervisor in deliver VAT invoice report as per Vietnamese Tax Regulation

Daily check Folio with back up booking, email, outlet bill, Invoice and assist Outlet Cashier to deal with the guest in case of dispute
