Mô tả công việc

Answer incoming calls, take messages, and redirect calls as needed.
Follow up on inquiries with agents and maintain communication with accounts for payments and processing.
Coordinate with reservations for support and liaise with travel agents for flight ticket confirmations.
Track and follow up on inquiry reports and handle document mailing.
Provide administrative support, including preparing weekly meeting and month-end reports.
Work with accountants and travel agents on monthly flight ticket liabilities.
Assist with processing entertainment, business trips, laundry, taxi, purchase requests, vouchers, HR, and leave records.
Manage and follow up on contracts, allotments, barters, and special offer agreements.
Consolidate year-end reports and support planning for trips, marketing, promotions, and events.

Yêu cầu công việc

A degree in Hospitality or Administration Management preferred.
At least one year in an administrative role; guest service experience is a plus.
